I have posted a new HX1.txt file at above. The only change is in :
36 "nGL8" Number of "good efforts" Last 8 starts. 0-8 points.
Horses with less than 8 starts are estimated
-1 = unrated (such as FTS)
Horses with 1 lifetime start get the -1
**** note: This number is extrapolated for horse with < 8 starts
I also posted a template for the HTR2001 exporter - ALL_HX1.mdb near the bottom of the download page.
