I'm not sure how often this happens or how often HDW/HTR corrects the name changes of female trainers, but the following trainer, Francine Faraci-Walder, is now being list as Francine Faraci-Ransom in the Daily Racing Form. NOt sure if she's recently married or recently divorced.
Just thought Id put it out there for all to adjust the trainer statistics. In the DRF she's showing ZERO stats.

Thanks Dennis; this also happend recently with a good female trainer (her name escapes me) who was married and changed her name and was messed up in the stats.
It might take Equibase awhile to recompile. In the meantime, HTR has a filler rating for error/unknown trainers that neutralizes the affect on the other ratings.
Those of you that use our db export, can try an interesting experiment and query for trainer names who's last start was more than 2 years ago. This list will have deceased and retired trainers, a few name changes such as married and divorced, and also consists of assistants who filled in when the main trainer was suspended. What is fascinating is that this list will often show a positive ROI! Unfortunately you can't make a spot play out of it

New married name is Ransom, going to be pretty tough with the stable name now. Got married about 2 months ago.
One more thing, she is very good with young horses and first time starters.

I started clocking at Sam Houston last month and noticed her horses immediately. They all look super in the morning. They look very well taken care of. You don't see a whole lot of that here in Texas. Unfortunately, she hasn't done well. She did win with a 1st timer. I think that was her only win so far this meet. She'll probably pick up some later. Probably just needs to find the right level for her runners. I don't think she's ever run horses in Texas prior to this meet.
