Can't access file downloads from either HTR directly or via internet at 11:30 AM. Uggh.

Anyone else have issues?

That also means no scratches from HDW.

You need ATRpro or do it manually for now.

Word of warning.

If you download 1207B01.zip, don't leave it in the directory with your race files.

That file name throws Robot2 for a loop and gives it a Run-time error 6.

Just delete the file after extracting the races or move it to a different directory.

You should now be able to download files using HTR2 or the HTR FileRat.

HDW is hard at it trying to get everything back as it should be.

As of this writing (about 5pm Monday Dec 7) only the HTR2 (or Robot2 or Maxvel) "Download" button is working to get files. The File Rat and the HDW download site are down.

I got the Auto Scratch to work just now.

The File Rat may need the HDW site to be operarational, so i'm sure it will work ok again after everything is fixed.

This is an example of why I don't update the 'air tight' HTR2 downloader. It seems to work even when Internet problems arise because it doesn't use the Internet, it just goes right to the source. So it's a good safety net to have to get files, even though it lacks some of the cool functionality of the other methods. So if you have a connection, it will probably get the files in a pinch. If the HTR2 downloader doesn't work, then the problem is with the file server.

Also think other links on the HTR2 Main Website are not working. SOme do, some don't.

Glad I checked here before I started to write emails.

Good luck in getting this back up!....a problem "Cheetah" Woods didn't apparently have.

Didn't realize that Golf was a contact sport.

I can't access any of this to save my life ...

If no HTR files, then no horse races for me tomorrow. Ain't gonna do it without Ken's superior data on my laptop.

What, go with just the Racing Form? -- Are you kidding me? No way.

Hope things get fixed quickly. Darn!
