Until they go beyond that crazy 255 field limit and 2gig DB structure; I say lets stay in 2002.

for what the average HTR Access user does, you won't gain much. The Ribbon (replaces the toolbar) ehances and shortens the learning curve, because nearly all of the commands are on one of the tabs and not hidden in the menu command drop downs.
