Firecracker at the Red Rock

Decided at the last minute to slip out to the Red Rock and play the 4th of July tourney. Hoping to catch an easy spot with it being a holiday and thought the field would be short. Man was I wrong. This is a minnie NTRA finals (same format). All of the usual suspects and wiseguys. Not many HTR folks. Goodalls and Jim Templin are the only ones I have seen other than myself. 148 total entries with only 3 spots. Leader at 180 (Joe Corvi) with 140 being in 3rd after day 1.

I have two entries with 65 points each. Hit an early capper on one and then blanked. Hit a couple of mid priced horses late on the other. Will be firing. Will give a final update at the end.
