Race Filters in Robot

Is there any way to use two race filters in a spot play in Robot , for example Chaos and No Statebred, plus other factors?

Not in the current Robot, you can only use one at a time. Robot II allows you to use them all at once though - so stay tuned for the update coming after the holidays.
