I sent two sports board buds over there to "have a board to talk about horses and handicapping" and they posted back that registration is "disabled"?

Anyone know what is up with that?

I know you can't register there if you have an email address from yahoo, hotmail or another such service. They want to be able to track you down through your ISP.
