The little horse that could killed my pick 4 Carl. And afterwards I'm looking at his stats and wondering why I don't have him. Guess no one else did either ...pick 4 paid on 3 of 4.

Good thing I don't look at a horsey's form, I probably wouldn't have had him either. All I know was he got picked by three spot plays and "that was good enough for me..."

Very nice Carl. LRL was on my cold Ev list=No play for me. But after yesterday, 2 ev longshots came in. Today it is on my "hot" list. Hope I didn't miss the bus...WO had a few yesterday as well after several weeks of ice cold ev play.

I like LRL in general, find I am "lucky" there.
Got one Ev1 type, a +9 ESD type that popped out there today.
LRL r4 h6 MLO 20-1.
Will see how it goes. "You never know........"

I like LRL too Carl. ESD is actually not bad there. >9 sprints at 27% and routes win 35%.
The Trn Jky is so strong there I miss the ESD horses sometimes. Thing is yesterday the 5 had the #2 trn. I don't think I was packing a full seabag yesterday. Hopefully today will render different results. Good luck on the 4th...believe I may be playing him and the strong trainer +6 ESD in the 7th too.

After the contest race I did look at the fourth LRL very quickly. Totally missed the early speed on the #5 but did notice he was NW2 in a cheap claimer. So was #3. Did what I always do when I see that and threw a $2 exacta box at them. Got a $324 reward!!
More than one way to skin the cat :)

Yeah Carl.....just like eating cashews..all I want is just ONE more!!
BTW, congrats yourself. Are your multiple selection spot plays still out-performing the stand-alones??

Yes.
But that don't mean I can't still screw stuff up...LOL

Laurel always seemed to run late at dirt sprints with fields 7 or more, early to mid at dirt sprints of fields of 6 or less, and early at dirt routes.
