HDW Race Charts

I have a PDF of the specs for the HDW comma delimited race chart files. It states, "See Note 1", "See Note 3" etc. I don't see the notes explaining where in the race these calls represent. 2 Fur, 4 Fur etc. Does anyone have a copy of these notes? I don't want to wait until Monday to call HDW.
