MaxVel upgrade has several new addtions and options. Will be available for download when the newsletter is posted. If additional improvements or fixes are needed, i'll get them done before New Year.

Big thanks to Daven (Buckfan) and Ricks for a great job of proofing and producing the newsletter each time. We brought it all to you on time despite the writer's strike :D

If you download the new MaxVel and find any problems with it, please post a message in the "HTR Upgrades" forum and i'll fix it.

Next month:
we'll cover the Championship tournaments and longshot identification in the year 2008. It's not getting any easier to score with longshots these days, favorites are now winning nearly 35% of the races at major tracks and prices are deflating as fast as gas prices are rising. Artificial tracks might be the salvation - much to the consternation of the traditionalists. There will be a minor HTR2 software upgrade in January to evolve with all of it.
