More than a few months ago, I mentioned that I had a spreadsheet (a friend made it for me) that searched ITS data files for specific patterns of improvement and returned a printout ("improved" race and "Z" pattern). At the time, I couldn't get it to work, and there was little interest. Since then, I've fiddled with it, and the spreadsheet is once again operational. If anyone wants to take a look and see if they can modify it for use with HTR drop me a note at: ibienbien@home.com

Incidentally, just for grins, one of those "4X4 and Improving race" horses showed up in the 6th at CD today - #9 Sparkling Glitter (12-1). Comes off 90+ day layoff, though.

worth nothing. Horse DNF in a race in which another broke down. Winner, however, paid $160.
Can't say as I'm surprised the angle flopped here - have to be suspicious of a horse that shows improvement, then laid up for an extended period, and 12-1 on the m/l off at 60-1.
