In an admirable gesture of greed, MLB now wants to be paid if you have a Fantasy Baseball team. This relates directly to racing in my eyes due to the fact that names and statistics are often used as public knowledge.

My favorite part is below
MLB's lawyer Virginia Seitz said online fantasy games exploit players by effectively turning them into game pieces and using their names to draw more customers.
In a sport that licenses so many video games (for a fee of course), she has the balls (baseballs I mean) to say the players are turned into game pieces.
Of course, this may lead to football suing the office pools for some kind of licensing as well.
What next? The descendants of Washington and Lincoln suing the United States for using their faces on money?
