I get completely different number than HTR Trn screen. I get mostly single digits.

Which exporter are you using, which PL.

Give me examples of what you are seeing on what screen and what you are getting in the export.

I am looking at the Preakness race 12--All the races are different.

In HTR2 --T+J Screen
Alan Grarcia --Win 16--ITM--43
Bailes--Win 17--ITM--39

Also in my EDP.EXE my class discriptions are all wrong. Even for MNR. Instead of getting C5 I get a jockey name. Ive seen this before but it was in the Kentucky Derby. But since then it was ok.

Sorry Rick I also notice my EDP>EXE purse valuse are wrong.
In EDP that would be fields NPURSE 1-3
NTRNITM---NJKYITM---NCLAT1-3
They are all wrong

In my EDP exporter NPURSE 1-3 are empty and NCLAT1 has numbers in it and NCLAT2-3 has jockeynames in it.
I have to take brit home. Ill be back

I opened the 12th race in EDP and got the same figures that are in HTR2.

Are you talking about in the T&J screen or in the export?

About the class at MNR? What date and race?

I ain't going on a witch hunt. You tell me exactly where I can try and duplicate what you are getting and I will try to duplicate.

No way I am going to go searching to see if I can find something that looks like what you are seeing.

Its getting late for me and I am not a mind reader.

I just did an export and the export matches the T&J screen on Bailes and Alen.

The other things you mentioned were not specific about where they were occuring. I have no idea where to look.

Try opening the Preakness up in a spreadsheet. It looks OK on my end in a spreadsheet.

None of these fields have a jockey name it them:

nCLAT1 nCLAT2 nCLAT3 nPURSE1 nPURSE2 nPURSE3

First Ill redownload the races and see if I get the same results. Maybe there was a glitch in the export. Ill try and be more specific.

I deleted everything.
Then i just downloade PIM. All was ok.
Then i tried to download MNR & HOl for Friday and PIM for sat and I got export problem.
I think when I try and export differentdays I get in trouble. Ill look at that tommorrow.
Thanks for the help and sorry I wasn't specific enough, but when you told me what you seen I knew i had a problem on my end.

Everything is working fine today. Dont know why. Sometimes when I export races with different dates this will occure. I dont know why. I generally dont export races with different dates. Ill keep an eye on it.
Sorry for all the consusion and thanks for the help. It was you help that once againhelped me fixed my problem

That is the main reason I try to duplicate any problem on my end.

That way you know if you need to contact Ken about something or try to run down the problem on your end.

Its much easier if I can duplicate it.

That's also why I want specifics. Especially with those that have custom programs. I don't use the programs and don't know what you are talking about when you bring up fields with names that are not in the regular exports.

I need to know what screens to look at and what results you are getting that you think are wrong.

Send me an email with a detailed description of how you are doing the exports that you are having trouble with.

Write it as you do it step for step, ie click on File, Export.

Maybe I will notice something. Maybe not.
