Syracuse: They just showed a guy on CNN who has to deliver Valentine Flowers in these conditions. He has 130 orders total. He’s delivered 30 so far and get this…He hasn’t gotten a tip yet! His quote…”People are getting cheaper all the time”! :eek:

If he delivers to Harvey Pack's house at least he’ll get tipped the #3 in the 4th at Aqu. ;) :D
