In HTR what's the measure of Class?

Actually either the EPR or the SOR number is interchangable as class. Don't remember what EPR stands for, but SOR stands for Strength Of Race.

You can browse through the newsletters while in the HTR LIbrary and there should be some tests and further information on all the ratings.
