16% on exotics is great, hopefully it will be a success at Kee & passed along to CD.

Has any heard how NYRA tracks have fared since lowering takeout....what exactly did get lowered there? How come the NYRA marketers can't let someone like me (who plays everyday) know they have lowered their takeout? Kee should have "16% EXOTIC TAKEOUT-LOWEST IN USA" running at the bottom of their video signal.
