A lot of people are getting in fine and downloading and a lot aren't. Bell South told us that 2 major routers in Birmingham Alabama are down, so anybody being routed through them is not getting through. Unfortunately, you cannot specify "By the way, don't route me through Birmingham." They are "feverishly working on them" but I have no idea when it will be fixed. Maybe Rick or Ken can get the files out to those who don't have them yet.

Rick, the files downloaded from that prompt but do not deflate automatically and resist unzipping with WinZip without a password. I tried my HTR password unsuccessfully. Any suggestions.

Thanks

Yes.

Windows think the files are zip files. The trick is to just go in and rename them.

They look something like AQU0210B.HTR..ZIP

Of course to be able to see that you will probably have to go in and change a setting in Windows Explorer.

Click on Tools, Folder Options, View. The one that says Hide extensions for known file types needs to be unchecked. Then click OK.

The other way is to go in and set the file type option for HTR. That is what I ended up doing.

Thank you. I remamed all the files and am off to the races.
