HOL, TUP files

Both yesterday and today, HOL files are coming up as dec 2004 files. What do I do to make the date change to 2005? It screws up my export.

Double check that you don't have some of last years races in that directory.

Can cause problems if last year had 10 races and this year only had 9 races.

I just downloaded the files for both days at HOL and they read 2005 here.

I would do a search on that directory for HOL and then look at the date of the files. Anything dated 2004 I would delete.

Then try again.

May have to download the files again.

To Everyone = clear out your files from the HTR folder that are older than 365 days and do this continually. If you want to keep them, create new folders, such as "HTR04".

Our file names (ie: 1220b00.AQU) do not contain the year in them. Last year's file will overwrite this year's in most cases, but if last year's file had more races than this year, the initial processing gets confused and may post the previous year as the dominant file to use on the track listing.

Example:
suppose the Dec 18 2004 file from TAM had 13 races.
But this year - the Dec 18 2005 TAM file - has just 12 races.
The older 2004 races will still be listed, but the current 2005 races will seem to be missing.
