page down

im in acess and want to go from page to page and look at the races. How can i do this without using my mouse? Page down doesnt do it.

Also somewhere in office 2003 there is a sheet that tells all the hot keys or shortcut keys. Can you tell me where its at?

What do you have open in Access that you can't use page down. I just tried it in tables and it works there.

I found these instructions under Word:

Print a list of shortcut keys
On the Tools menu, point to Macro, and then click Macros.
In the Macros in box, click Word commands.
In the Macro name box, click ListCommands.
Click Run.
In the List Commands dialog box, click Current menu and keyboard settings.
Click OK.
On the File menu, click Print.

You could do this for each program in Office you wanted the shortcut keys for, or something similar.

I find that if you open the window full size that the page down and page up work.

I also find that the up and down arrows work also.

You might also have to click on the report page with the cursor to get it to display a full page in the window before using the page up and page down.
