As of about 5 AM EST today (Sunday) the results/charts for Friday's (11/4) ZIA card are still unavailable at HDW. I downloaded the Equibase Chart and it shows tbreds running in the 5th through the 11th races. All the other cards from Friday have results and charts.

well EdW the ZIA charts are still not posted as of 16:33 PST
I have always waited at least one day after the race day to download
all the files for my archives. I had ASSUMED that a missing chart
file was because a data clerk at the track had not done their job since
usually a small, minor, track were the slow posters. However, I never
checked Bris charts and you are right the data is there.
so, apparently,
HDW missed the posting and we will have to wait until Monday for ZIA

Reported to HDW. The mixed breed card was probably the snag, they have had that problem before.

Zia Park for the 4th has been missing the show price for the 3rd place horse all weekend.
1. Equibase's own results on their website have been missing the show price on horse 1a, Gin for Lynn.
2. The results on the DRF website are posted for that race but the show price on Gin for Lynn is also absent.
3. BRIS' free charts also report race 5 but in the payoff section they print only the win and place horse, without even acknowledging a show horse or the missing payoff. Will they EVER fix it?
Hmmm...When I spoke with Equibase this morning, I was told they would look into it (which they will). When these thngs happen on a weekend, I will fill in missing prices from theracingchannel.com, which has always proven to be accurate and reliable, and then contact Equibase on monday. In this case, they don't carry Zia. So we're back to the same old issue. Sigh...
I'll post them as soon as we get all the data. Sorry for delay.

good job Ron!!
I want to retract my posting '...HDW missed the posting..'
and acknowledge that HDW has superior QUALITY CONTROL!!
in other words, the delay was not caused by someone not moving
the data for posting but, apparently, HDW has processing that
tells them that the data is NOT correct.
oh, Ron, did you notice that the race had a coupled entry.
I have found that when reporting a bug/problem to a service
that the you must give them some information about the bad
race or the programmers will ignore the sample and not try to
fix the problem.
keep up the good work
