For someone who has missed out on finding "Modern Pace Handicapping" by Tom Brohamer, they have a copy listed for sale at the above link.

Its out of print so you have to get them where ever you can find them.

Ricks--the original book is out of print but the revised edition can be purchased/ordered at most bookstores. In fact they have it at Saratoga race track in the book store (Pony Tales)
Saw several copies last week.
