Is it still possible to place bets with Pinnacle using ATR Pro? If so, what are the rebates?
Thanks.

Yes, with a current rebate of 7%.

Can I set this up and place all of my bets through your program with Pinnacle at say, 6am eastern time, and then the bets would be submitted to Pinnacle later that day? Could I even place bets the night before the actual race(s) occur?
Thanks.
Although I did have a Phila. Park Phone Bet account, because I am a New Jersey Resident, my account is not usable. I would suppose this means I cannot use the tote monitoring features of your program. I am mainly interested in placing bets well ahead of post-time (early in the morning eastern time or the night before), and getting the 7% :)

This feature is not now built into ATR, but will be considered for future versions. Currently, conditional bets can be created only after Pinnacle has posted the tracks for the day.

What time, PDT or EST. does Pinnacle generally post the tracks for betting?

The latest version of ATRpro is now available at http://homebased2.com/atr/atrpro_dnl.htm
This version includes Advance Bets. Bets can now be created or imported into ATRpro in ‘advance’ of the racing card and submitted at a later date or time when Pinnacle has posted the tracks for betting. Documentation is available (starting with slide 41) at http://homebased2.com/atr/dnl/ATR_Pinnacle_doc.pdf
Plans are for future versions of ATRpro to extend the Advance Bets feature to include Conditional Bets. Conditional Bets are bets that are submitted only if the odds of a horse exceed a defined value at any tote flash starting at a defined minutes to post. Currently, ATRpro supports Conditional Bets only for 'live' racing.

the conditional bets sounds like a GREAT feature.
I am not using ATR Pro yet but sometimes a SPOT play uses ODDS UNDER value at one mtp.
so, since you are at the design stage, consider adding a choice for the condition
to be OVER or UNDER the specified odds.

This is exactly what I'm looking for!
Are there any plans to have your program place bets with any other books or with youbet?

Documentation for ATRpro Version 3.07 has been posted at http://homebased2.com/atr/dnl/ATR_Pinnacle_doc.pdf
The program itself should be available for download on Sunday at http://homebased2.com/atr/atrproforhtr_dnl.htm
This new version includes Advance Conditional Bets. ATRpro can be programmed to 'wake up' at a predetermined date and time and then submit the bet only if the odds of the horse exceed (or are less than) a defined odds value at any tote flash starting at a defined minutes to post. ATRpro can handle up to 100 advance conditional bets which can be at different tracks, different races and have different odds and mtp criteria.
The bets are submitted to Pinnacle. There are no plans for ATRpro to work with other books.
