Once in a while after I download all my files, all my files that I just copied to my PC remain in my cart and I can't get rid of them.
This happen to anyone else and if Ron Tiller's out there, why does this happen?

hi Hug--x

yes, I have had something SIMILAR but when I checked the '..files on my computer..'
I found that some but NOT all had been downloaded. My solution for my problem was to just do ONE set of data at a time, ie, Racefile, Results, Charts will be downloaded to THREE different folders. Then, I can easily confirm by using file counts which ones that I must redo in order to have a complete data set.

QUESTIONS:
A. How did you confirm the files from the cart were downloaded.
B. Did the download process report and error.

oh, for (B), did you ever see an error message that complained about WRITE ERROR.
Specifically, the yellow marker with an black exclamation point and three lines error message:

line 1 is your file location with complete disk and sublfolder addresses
line 2 says '...Unable to open file for writing. '
line 3 says '...java.io.IOException. write error

centered command box to clck OK

IF you have seen this error message then did you click OK or click X to close the window.
yes, SOMETIMES it is ok to just close the window but SOMETIMES other problems are created when you do not click OK when the programmer is asking you to say OK next step.

I do have other hunchs but I need to understand YOUR problem before suggesting the solution that I found for my problem with the HTR download process.
