HTR seminar and costs

Besides the airplane fare, can anyone give me an estimate of the costs would be for attending the seminar -- hotels, seminar itself, food, etc.
I would like to attend but will likely be on a strict budget.

the big variable there is how much you gamble and how lucky you are.
It could be free...or very expensive. :D
