I know I am probably jumping the gun on this but,
when I print(print screen button) the pps (which I really love) it cuts off the the end of the file..race notes and field size. Is this something that the print function that doesn't work is going to solve or is it a resolution problem. seems to be plenty of space between end of running lines and beginning of comments but I imagine Ken has this space reserved for something else. Any insight?

Going to venture a great big "I guess" on this.....but the button is a "print screen" button

I have only printed a couple of races so far when my printer was set on "landscape" it printed all the comments and the # of runners, but as you say in "portrait" it cut the end off......
My problem more than comments was that because the race number age sex etc. is on the frame outside the "working"screen it did not print the race number ......a small bit of info that I've grown fond of.....Ken has said that the printing function needs work and will be one of the first things that he works on. I do like what I see so far......I got so envolved in modeling the Cramer numbers and it was 3:30 am before I knew what happened....!!!! just using the raw Cramer figure for the horse "best last 90d" looks the best followed by the "avg speed" for the horse ........at least that's what I "could've done"

:) :) :D Hope this helps......

I put a default printer Fontsize of 7 for the 'Print Screen' funtion in HTR for Windows. My printer fit the whole pp line on standard paper. Some printers may not print the full 133 column pp's report though as they may have different margin settings. Or it may be that the font itself (Lucida Console) is not available and the default font (Courier New) is being used which will only print 120 columns or so at that font size. There are other possibilities too.

I am working on the 'Print Center' which will have various settings and options to help with the PP's printing for everyone. After a couple of tries, each user will be able to figure out the correct print settings for each screen and they will be stored for you by the program. If all else fails, we can do a print-to-file and you can get the pp's printed in a word processor.

Sorry about the lack of printing quality for now - watch for updates daily - and thanks for the feedback.
