Problems with Download

Periodically, the new downloader in HTR2001 does not work. It will just kind of hang and
not download any files. I figured it might be because other people are downloading and
its busy, but I NEVER get this problem at the www.horsedata.com site.

The software downloader is strictly beta-test Hug; it is far from perfected. It does not use the Internet and is a bit tricky to configure internally. It certainly is handy when it works right though. I haven't had any problems for awhile using the "A" or "B" track options, but the listing selector often doesn't download the right files, or skips the last file checked. If you experience problems getting files from the auto-downloader, use the Internet download by all means.
