In the poll.. "If you could take only one printout to the track" there was a sub-topic started
about using the HTRPTF program to modify the way we can print out our readouts of choice.
I thought I'd move it here for easier reference and follow up.
When I work a simulcast session with 3-4 tracks going at once, I usually end up taking close to 20 pages of print-outs per track with me. (combination of Velocity screen \TLC report\Track bias report etc.)
My question is:
Can we manipulate the HTR print to file in a word processing or any other program to the point where we can take something as detailed as screen #5's (PP) complete output of say,.. 10-12 horse fields (up to 10 PP lines per horse) onto 2 pages (either portrait or landscape) and still have the readout looking legible enough to see and work with at the track or simulcast facility?
If so, this would save a ton of paper, ink and money expended using the current un-modified setup.
Any ideas?
