Whats up with the 2F races at Fort Erie for older horses? How do I handicap that thing? Just look at Ev1? Figure Sp , LV, Fr2, Fr3 are out of the picture...

re: FE race #6 on Sat 2f dirt
The #6 is a bullet from the gate - the #2 and #4 are very quick too plus the #4 is a specialist.
The #7 might get into the picture as a longshot.
6 / 2-4-7/ all and 2-4-7/ 6 / all
Favorites win a high percentage of these short races at < 4.5f at all tracks.
Favorites win 40% at Quarter Horses too. Need a system for Q's at LS?
Ask Donnie - I gave him a good one awhile back, hope he still has it.

Well, IF favorites win 40% of these things, no wonder I have never done any good at them.
Might be a cool place to use your jockey info though, what jockeys/jockettes are good from the gate. A length better break here, big time edge.

Funny you should bring that up Ken....We switch to our "mixed" meet in 2 weeks....Q and T races spilt the card half and half. I will dig it back up and if anyone is interested, I would be more than happy to forward it along. Helped emensely last year!! I am pretty sure it is on one of the computers around here somewhere!

Glen;
I've had success with the 2f races at the Fort by using the FR1 figures on the velocity screen .
Flip flop your PL modes or look at the PP screen to check that you are getting a legit. 2f figure for your contenders.
Stack em by FR1 and hope for a good break at the gate.

Hi Ron, thanks for the good info. Looks like the Ev1 took it. Right on Ken and Ron!
