View Full Version : Permanently Set Program Colors?

I've been using HTR2001 for several months, and have decided on a color scheme that I prefer. However, when I restart HTR2001 it always goes back to the black background and gold text. I don't see anywhere within the program window to save settings. I know there is an HTR.INI file in the HTR folder, but I'm not sure what to put in it to save the color scheme I want. Any help would be appreciated.

My guess is that ini file is left over from older versions of HTR for Windows.
I just checked and I do not have one in the directory that HTR2001 installed in.
You will have to wait for Ken to come up with a solution. :)

I like the light gray background with black text. It's easy on the eyes.

I agree lindsay.
After almost going bliind at the Orleans staring at the screen all day for 3 days in a rowI started testing things out.
I very nice web programmer (Sue) told me the best colors on your eyes are light grey with black text.
I have been using it for a few months now and my eyes never get tired. It is really a big difference.

I'll add an .ini file to the next update that will save the color scheme and font size. When you exit the program it will save the data to file, and load it when the program comes up next time.
I had no requests for this before, so I assumed everyone was happy with the default or didn't mind switching in the program. Squeaky wheels get the grease.

Messing w/ all those colors makes my eye balls crazy. Think I still like the default best.
