There is a new Adobe Acrabat Reader 6.0 out

http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html

You will need version 5 or 6 from now on.

I downloaded the full version and it is going to take 1 hr to download it. Is there anyway I can decrease the download time?

Yes. If you use a download manager. I use Reget Deluxe.

http://deluxe.reget.com/

I also use it to download the files from HDW. Just can be tricky setting up the password.

It only works good where it is able to download multiple parts of the files or mulitple files at the same time. Reget Deluxe defaults to 10 parts.

Ricks,

I don't understand all we want to do is read a newsletter. Why do I need a program that takes a hour to downlaod jsut to do this?

Folks-
The dial-up version is 8.7 mbs while the broadband version is 15.7 mbs. The time it takes to download will depend on your connection speed. I am wondering if the newsletter should be saved in version 4 or 5 so everyone can see it without having to re-download. Myself personally, I use broadband so the download takes about 1 or 2 minutes!
