Winticket completed moving its phone center to Oregon, the 1st day of operation was today.
The website was down today so I called in a bet for WO R4 with 2-3 min to post.
I made a WP bet & noticed that my balance hadn't moved when I called in another bet later, though my horse had run 2nd. Anyway when the website came back up I found my bet had been placed on the harness race (& lost).
I had to call Ohio on my dime (customer service is still there, but no 800#) & I'll get my wager refunded but not the lost winnings------which wasn't much since the horse just placed. If the horse had won (I surprised he didn't since I didn't really have a bet on him:rolleyes:) I'd need a Prozac or Valium or two.
Moral: when calling human tote ops, especially the newbies @ Winticket, better specify that you want your jock on top of the horse---not in a wagon trailing it.
On the other hand Winticket was supposed to expand its track list; however odds for PrM weren't available tonight. Does Bris have them all the time?
