At 5am on Monday morning (EDT), HDW will shut down our server and physically move their computers to a new office about 1/2 hour away from the present location. You will not be able to download HTR files for about 3 - 6 hours on Monday morning.

For about 48 hours after the move our old IP address for download (http://12.27.193.72/) will transfer you to the new site (http://216.49.140.231/). By Wednesday you will need to save this latest IP address to your "favorites folder" to access the download site.

Note: the move situation affects the subscriber download site only. This web site is not affected. In fact - Rick has been notified to change the "Member Area" link on this home page to automatically go to the new IP address - which means some people will never know anything happened at all.

HDW will have new phone and fax numbers as well as a BBS number change. I will notify by email and the newsletter of the changes. I'll keep you informed up to the minute.

Speaking of the newsletter, it will be delayed until after the 4th of July because of this situation. There will be a complete review of the seminar in the July issue.

The HTR for Windows = HTR2001.exe will be presented here by Monday morning for download and installation. Further news will be posted by Rick on getting the program. Those of you that received the program in Las Vegas, need only download the .exe file for upgrade each time.

Thank you for your patience during our transition to a better facility and faster access and download speeds on the subscriber site.

New IP address for HTR users will be: http://216.49.140.232/
You can save this to your "favorites" folder starting Tues or Wed to access the files.

I made a mistake on the previous post. The final 3 digits are "232", not 231

This will be emailed and posted again for everyone during the transition.

Thanks Mike, I got through to the new site about the same time as you.
Couple of things for everyone =

1) your password will have to be re-typed and re-saved to Windows

2) Manually type the IP address http://216.49.140.232/ to your "favorites" list.
It doesn't seem to save properly if you do it from the web site.

3) Rick has linked the "Members Area" from here onto the new download site and it works fine.

4) Dial up users should experience quicker action and faster downloading. High-speed users will be about the same.

5) The automatic transfer from the previous IP address will be in use through Wednesday to ensure everyone gets there files for July 4th.

6) How about that carryover at HOL for Wed. The p6 pot will exceed $5million!

Ken/Rick: I don't see the windows version here. Did you mean it was going to be put on the HDW site for members?

Butch,
The Windows version will be posted here once Ken sends me what he wants me to post.

The last version I received is early beta and doesn't yet have most of the HTR screens that you love so much.

It will be announced here once it is posted.

for some reason I was having problems with the hdw site. It was asking me for my pswd twice and I would get some error messages when I clicked on the go button.

It worked fine if I liked to it from htr but not if I tried to go from my favorite link

So I pasted the following in the favorite link

http://216.49.140.232/default.asp

now it seems to be working fine
