Results question

When I download the results for Penn National I get them in the program chart but not in the Results Chart. Does anyone know how I can correct this?

I'm not sure if I understand your question but I try to give an answer. The "Result" files will update your program screens(TLC, VEL, PRG) by marking the win, place, show finishers. The "Chart" files will attach a text chart of the race that you can view. I download both files
the next day after race day for every track I follow.

Thanks for the help Jerry, I never downloaded the chart. When I did all was ok.
