don't know..I made a post and started to make anouther in a different place when I got a message say the moderator set up to only accept one post from the same person every 60 seconds. Will try and see if I get it again

That's just a board feature to cut down on flood of messages from one sender.

Most of us couldn't post more than one message a minute unless we really tried hard.

I don't think you will be hitting the limit too often. Of course you can still try.
