You need to find you one of the "Windows for Dummies" book or one that covers the basics of Windows and the included programs.
Easiest way to delete TrackPro.exe.
Open Windows Explorer by clicking on Start, Programs, Accessories, Windows Explorer.
Click on \htr\ (You may have to click on "My Computer" or C:\ first)
Highlight the program TrackPro. Hit the delete key; you should get a popup window asking for confirmation, wait for it then click Yes.
If the file name is showing as TrackPro instead of TrackPro.exe, I would recommend you make the following changes.
With Windows Explorer open, click on Tools, Folder Options, View. Uncheck "Hide file extensions for known file types".
You can also use DOS. It can be a little more difficult if you are not use to it.
Open a DOS window to a command prompt.
With C:\ showing type in CD HTR (it doesn't have to be in caps) and hit enter.
Type in DEL TRACKPRO.EXE and hit enter.
If you have a bunch of files in there it is hard to find them in DOS. Much easier in Windows Explorer.

Trackpro is a DOS program. Use Windows Explorer and go into C:\ HTR and delete the file Trackpro.exe assuming that HTR is on your C drive.

Actually, it shouldn't hurt anything to just leave the program there. It doesn't take up much space, it won't do anything unless you run it, and you might find use for it later.
