2. There is a line in front of the track name ( ___WO ) what does this tell me?

3. Average Pace is (EP + FR3) / 2. Is this correct?

4. How many point in Velocity number equal one beaten length? I would imagine this would vary with each call.

Yes

2. There is a line in front of the track name ( ___WO ) what does this tell me?
In the PP lines it means a layoff >=45 days. Very very handy!

3. Average Pace is (EP + FR3) / 2. Is this correct?
No that is SP(Sustained Pace). Modern Pace Handcapping has the exact defintion...It is a different calculation for sprints and routes...someone might know off the top of their head..

4. How many point in Velocity number equal one beaten length? I would imagine this would vary with each call.

Varies on distance, I think...It is in the book.
