I am considering opening an account with either www.oneclickbetting.com (ala the racingchannel.com....i assume this is still somehow affliliated with Philly Park) and Brisbet.com

I would certainly be interesting in knowing of the thoughts and expereinces of any here that you may have had with either of these two on-line betting avenues. Or might there even be others that some prefer over these two. I reside in the state of Tennessee and for some reason the ebet folks will not take bets from us hillbillies.

Just a note to also say how moved I was by the outpouring of obviously very sincere sentiment concerning the passing of George. I, unfortunately, was not blessed by having ever met him. My prayers, too, are with his family during this time.

William.

I live in Pennsylvania, and have had a phone account with Philly Park since 1994. Now I use their online wagering system. I can definitely recommend Philly Park as wagering outlet. I don't know if Phonebet.com and Oneclickbetting offer exactly the same service, but Phonebet.com works great for me. I think they offer the best menu of tracks in the country and their service is great. I remember several years ago, I called in a wager which turned out to be a winner. However, it seems the operator entered the wager incorrectly and I wasn't credited. I called customer service, and they reviewed the tapes, and sure enough they credited my account. I know for phone wagering purposes, every called is recorded, for the protection of the player and the track.

Good luck.

Hello,

I too have been a longtime phonebet customer.

I would like to see a higher rebate from them, but that is my only complaint.

I agree with everything in the post above and would add that the only difference between phonebet and oneclick is the color scheme and the ability to wager on races, that are not allowed under Pennsylvania law. As phonebet is the outlet for the homestate and one click everywhere else that hasn't banned them yet.

I'll also add, the software is top notch in my book, extremely user friendly and convenient.

The only reasons I see to not use them is if they are not allowed in your state or if you prefer to bet offshore with no reporting, or money getting into the pools.

Good luck
