Yeah, got lucky. 6 Winners for $43. Guess I'm tied with a whole lotta people for 2nd in wins and rank 67 for $$ won. Woulda posted here but had to haul but to Denny's for breakfast before the wait got too long.

I finished with 3 winners, sitting mid pack somewhere's. I like the contest. I think it is fun, and must admit I use one minute handicapping on it too. Sometimes that works good, sometimes it don't.

Good going Jim. Puts you in jockeying position. Thing that bums me out is that we gotta spend some Vegas time looking at the contest card. That's the last thing I wanna be doing is sitting in the hotel room trying to get some winners.

First time in a while that I looked at this side of the board...great going Glen and Jim!! I guess I'm in good company...hit 5 as well with $33 and change for the ROI. Would be very happy to do 50% each week, but not very likely! Would love to see any one of us HTR-ers pull this off! Keep 'er rolling!

I also qualified at PRM to go against the talking heads on June 30th. They held a contest, that if you qualified among the public, then you have to beat the announcers' picks at the track for a chosen day. They actually put you on the air with the announcers! If you beat them then if you were good enough, you qualify to go against two other contestants for a trip to the Breeder's Cup.

We also have our local round of tournament for the DRF's trips to Vegas for the "big one", this happening the weekend after Vegas! Missed this one last year by just a couple bucks!!

Gonna hafta pace myself! 3 weekends of intense handicapping.....!! Gonna hafta rest thru July!

Looking forward to seeing everyone in Vegas again!!

Donnie, sounds like you have a hectic schedule. Wish you much success in your tourneys.

BTW, noticed Ken Shino has deserted you at PRM and is tearing them up at CBY. Caught him on a good one there recently.

George...don't count him out at PRM...we are only 4.5 hours apart and he is riding for Johnson at both tracks...we constantly have horses traveling up and down the interstate! Depending on who is giving the money on a particular weekend. Shino is a good one to watch in any stakes, especially when the horse doesn't seem to figure! He was scheduled for a race at CBY and Prm this past Sat I think it was...wonder why he choose PRM...he won!!

And thanks! The tourneys I am in are small potatoes compared to the big dogs running around here!
