Winticket Charges

Ya'll,

I was not aware that Winticket was going to start charging the 25 cent surcharge. Who are you guys using onshore that covers numerous tracks and don't charge you for betting?

Can anyone tell me one that would take bets on Texas tracks from a Texas resident?
