I can not get Sar result for Sunday 9/4/11to download. I have tried several times. When I click the download button for results for that day it downloads all the tracks except Sar. I have downloaded all of Sar files for the entire meet. I then export Sar each day to a hx4 and then to a database file. Everything has worked perfect except for Sun 9/4/11 and Mon 9/5/11. When I do the export for Mon 9/5/11 I only get the races 1 and 2. I have deleted the sar hx4 for that date several times and downloaded again. I still can not get the result file for Sunday 9/4/11 and the export function for the hx4 sar 09/05/11 to work. Can someone help me out?

Thanks Bill

Results are up for SAR for 4th and 5th. No results for race 12 on Sun.

Your problem may be that you have the demo races from last year. Check your drop down list in HTR2 for races for DMR and SAR for those dates.

Of course it would only be a problem if there were more races on those dates last year than this year.

Thanks for the reply Rick. Thats what I can't figure out. The HTR folder that I am using only has 2011 races and results only. I did double check and there is nothing in the folder with a 2010 date. There are no demo races.

Thanks Bill

Rick The problem must have been on my end. I downloaded the files again and the result file was there and the export function worked fine. Thanks for your time!

I would delete those race cards entirely. Then start over. Might be a corrupt file.

How did you download?

I downloaded both days using the File Rat.

Many times I just go to the HDW download site and click on the file I am missing and point it to where I want it to go (when possible).

Some browsers don't give you an option where to save unless you right click on the file name and select Save link as (in Chrome and FireFox). Click Save target as in IE9.

Some versions of Internet Explorer want to save the files with a ZIP extension. HTR2 doesn't read ZIP extensions. When that happens you need to change the extension to HTR.
