HDW download?

Is anyone else having an issue downloading from HDW today?

I am having problems also. I get a screen that says check my internet connection. My internet connection is fine as I have another page loaded and it works fine.

Thanks Bill, I just wanted to check. I installed several windows, adobe, Java etc upgrades the other day and my main computer hasn't been 100% since. I wanted to be sure it wasn't a solo issue.

I am having the same problem as Dan with my computer.Downloaded the same upgrades the other day.The message pops up randomly when I connect to various internet sites.If anyone solves it I would appreciate their posting the solution.

That message normally means the site you are trying to go to is down for some reason.

If you cannot get to any site the problem is local to you. It may mean that you need to unplug your modem for about 10 seconds and then plug it back in. I have that happen about once a year.

I was going to suggest the same thing. When stuck in the Internet 'error loop' , turn everything off for a minute and start it back up. It fixes about 90% of the time.

FWIW; HDW was about the 4th web site I visited this morning, that’s why I wondered if it was my issue. I went through the usual morning routine of web visits without issue…
