At about 10:30 a.m today I got into the HDW website and the format was back to normal, but there were no files anywhere to be found. Anyone else have this "unique" experience?

Nice to see they are making progress.

Enough can not be said in the way of kudos to the guys at HDW and the HTR individuals such as Glenn and Ricks in helping things go as smoothly as they have during this time.
