HTR Jockey Rating vs win%

Is there a correlation between the HTR jockey rating and a particular win percentage? I think Dan once posted something similar for trainers and I wasn't sure if the scale would be the same for both ratings.

This is from the Jun 2006 newsletter:

1. The JKY rating is computed using a weighted formula that tallies results of all mounts taken
during the previous 365-day period prior to today’s race. The rating is adjusted for any jockey + trainer
records and if the jockey has ridden or won with the horse in the past.

2. The average JKY rating is about 250 with a normal range between 220-320. The minimum rating
score is 050 and the maximum is 595.
