Installing Tour Error?

We have some user reporting strange problems with the HTR_Tour installer - it seems to send a message that their "Password is no good and to call HDW" :confused::confused:

Note that this happens during the installation, not the running of the program. Rick has been notified, but we can't re-create the problem.

If you have experienced this problem, let us know what your setup is, such as Win version, security programs, etc. thanks

If you get errors during an Installion RUN...
Try a re-boot and then SAVE the installer file to the desktop and run it from there.

One would think it some kind of protection error on the file that stores the HDW password?

perhaps one could try to rename that file before the install and then replace after or have the users with the issue rename their HTR folder and then try the Tour only install?



I have not had the issue and am running win7 pro no third party security.fwiw.
