Not to bore anyone with the details.. But I have a TwinSpires account. Because I'm an
Illinois resident I currently can not bet MANY tracks including Saratoga and Del Mar.

If anyone could recommend an "alternative" to the usual suspects of account wagering companies

ED------I've had a Twin Spires account for many years. There have been periods in which there have been various jurisdictional "requirements", such as you've run across. They have changed some, over the years.

My solution has been, and my advice to you, is to GET CREATIVE about your state of residence. Think business address, friends, relatives, inadvertent copying "errors", in the address verification documents you fax to them, etc., etc Pretend you're handicapping creatively, using "outside the box" HTR handicapping factors, etc>!!!!
