Newsletter target date is Tues May 11, this month's issue -

= Seminar Itinerary and lineup
= Tour software update, test results and strategies
= Forward Thinking with Trainer Stats
= Trainer Negatives from the NLog Tested

Software Updates
=Export HX4 is coming up first (see Access forum for news)
=Tour Software update with great new features including <N> Sort

Regarding Trainer Stats article =

Look at this example which you could find in many common horseracing PPs including HTR =

TrainerX with 1st Route: 17%, 1.27 ROI

Looks good, yes? This trainer is a solid value bet with 1st Routers? Sorry to report it's not likely to continue and I have the proof. We cannot keep our heads buried in the sand. This is a very important aspect to using the Robot - recognizing the fallacy of narrow-sample ROI going forward.

The HTR Report for May/Jun 2010 is up in the Subscriber Zone (http://htr.horsedata.com/HTR_Protected/membersonly.htm).

You can download the installer for HTR_TOUR HERE (http://www.homebased2.com/km/dnl/HTR_TourSetup.exe).

If can also download HTR_TOUR.EXE HERE (http://www.homebased2.com/km/dnl/HTR_TOUR.EXE).

You must have HTR2 installed for HTR_TOUR to work.

BAD NEWS:
You are going to have to wait a while for the HTR Tour User Guide update.

Ken blew a fuse and has to let his circuits cool down. :)

Massa blew a fuse??? What the hell, somebody call 911 quick. This is way worse than CD not joining the NTRA. Give the boy a cocktail or something.

Hey I'm good Spike and Mike, that' was Rick's way of telling you I'm tired of typing and my wrist is sore. I'll have that TOUR PDF soon, but i'm sure most of you will figure it out on your own.

XHOT (extremely hot) - is new item with HTR_TOUR latest version. Trainers, Jocks and TJs that are 'on fire' lately get the nod in that column. Sometimes handicappers get XHOT, we should piggyback on them too.

BTW: Mayo wrote a PDF for us - check it out

It feels so redundant saying “Great Newsletter Ken”…but it is. Thanks again for a tremendous product, service, insight and above all your integrity.

What he said!

In the dictionary next to "Great Newsletter" is a picture of Ken at his keyboard!

Much appreciated gang. It's really a team effort though. I'm glad HTR has become a place where people can submit their ideas and see it grow into something =

NJCurveball was persistent about the short term jockey stats (Hot Jockey) and JbShoulda spent time with me in Vegas proposing we create a new way of looking at longshots (NLog). And there are many many others of you that suggest new ideas, report errors, and offer me practical advice to improve the product. Thanks everyone, what a ride.
